JackDoan 9ce0596f5c tun: don't leak the QueueSet shutdown eventfd when Add fails ...

Both newTunGeneric error branches closed only the tun fd; the
Add-failure branch left the freshly created QueueSet (and its
shutdown eventfd) orphaned.
