This script creates symlinks for configuration files in the appropriate
locations. Features include:
- Support for individual packages or all at once
- Bash subpackage installation (aliases, functions, etc.)
- Directory symlinks where appropriate
- Automatic .bashrc configuration
- Backup of existing files
